Who operates this website?
Velamar Cruises is a trading brand. The website is published by Juara Holding Group, and day-to-day cruise bookings, quotes, and concierge messages are handled by the reservations team at Bali Premium Trip. When you send a WhatsApp message or email through this site, you are talking to that team.
We arrange scheduled, per-person and per-cabin luxury cruise experiences departing from Benoa Harbour, Bali: premium sunset dinner cruises and multi-day small-ship departures toward the Nusa islands and eastward. We do not run private full-boat charters. If your plan is a whole-vessel buyout, we may refer you to a sibling charter brand better suited to that request.
Are you the owner of the cruise vessels?
No. This is the most important thing to understand. Velamar Cruises does not own the boats featured on this site. We act as a concierge and broker. The actual sailing, crew, catering, safety equipment, and marine operations are the responsibility of the licensed vessel operators and partners we book you with.
Where Bali Premium Trip does not own or directly operate an asset, the experience is arranged via vetted licensed partners. We select partners we consider reputable, but the operating company carries the operational, safety, and insurance obligations for your voyage. Your booking contract for the sailing itself is ultimately with, or fulfilled by, that operator.
How accurate are the prices and figures on this site?
We work hard to keep numbers honest, sourced, and dated, but cruise pricing moves constantly. Please treat every figure this way:

Do you guarantee results, availability, or experiences?
No. We do not guarantee returns, outcomes, weather, wildlife sightings, sailing conditions, availability on any given date, or that a specific vessel, route, or price will remain on offer. At Benoa Harbour the vast majority of cruises run in the dry season (generally April to September in climate references), and departures can be delayed, re-routed, or cancelled by operators for weather, safety, mechanical, or regulatory reasons entirely outside our control.
Any editorial description of a route, a pontoon, snorkelling, or a schedule (for example a day cruise leaving Benoa around 9:15 AM for Nusa Lembongan) reflects general information published “as of 2026” and is not a contractual promise of what your specific departure will include.
Are you affiliated with the cruise lines you mention?
No. For context and comparison, our editorial pages name real cruise lines and operators that use Benoa or Bali as a call or turnaround port, including Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Viking, PONANT, Celebrity Cruises, and boutique eastbound operators such as Aqua Blu. These references are editorial only.
Velamar Cruises and Bali Premium Trip are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or agents of any of those third-party lines unless a specific booking page states an active partnership in writing. Their trademarks and ship names belong to them and are used only for identification and comparison. Booking, payment, and liability terms
- Contracts. When you book, the operational sailing contract and its safety, insurance, and liability terms are held by the licensed operator. Velamar Cruises / Bali Premium Trip acts as your booking agent and concierge.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for valid travel documents, travel and medical insurance, health and fitness to sail, arriving on time at Benoa, and following crew safety instructions.
- Changes and cancellations. Operator cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies apply and vary by product. We will share the applicable policy before you pay.
- Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, Velamar Cruises and Bali Premium Trip are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from acts of the vessel operators, third parties, weather, or force majeure. Our role is arranging and coordinating your booking.

When you contact us, we handle your personal data (name, contact details, travel dates, party size) only to arrange your cruise and respond to your enquiry.
