Terms of Service

**These terms explain what Velamar Cruises does and does not do. In short: baliluxurycruise.com is a concierge and booking-facilitator website, operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. We help you compare and reserve scheduled, per-person luxury cruises from Bali. We are not the vessel owner, and prices shown are indicative and subject to change.**

Please read these terms before you send an enquiry or make a booking through this site. By using baliluxurycruise.com, contacting us on WhatsApp, or emailing our reservations team, you agree to the terms below. They were last reviewed as of 2026 and may be updated; the version published here is the one that applies.

Who runs this site, and in what role?

Velamar Cruises is a booking brand for luxury cruise experiences departing Bali, chiefly from Benoa Harbour on the Bukit Peninsula. The site is published by Juara Holding Group and the cruise experiences are operated and arranged by Bali Premium Trip, whose reservations team handles enquiries directly.

Our role is that of a concierge and booking facilitator. Where Velamar Cruises does not own a vessel — which is the usual case — we arrange your experience through vetted, licensed cruise operators and partners. That means:

  • We are not the owner or master of any ship, and we do not operate the vessels ourselves.
  • We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax or insurance adviser, and nothing on this site is advice of that kind.
  • Content on this site is informational. Availability, itineraries, capacities and fares are confirmed by the operating partner at the time of booking, not fixed by us.

When you book, the transport and hospitality service is delivered by the cruise line or operator, subject to their own conditions of carriage. We will always tell you which partner is delivering your cruise before you commit.

How does the enquiry and booking process work?

You reach us two ways: WhatsApp on +62 811-2859-0000 or email at sales@balipremiumtrip.com. There is no automated checkout that charges your card the moment you click. Instead, an enquiry routes to the Bali Premium Trip reservations team, who confirm live availability, the exact per-person fare, inclusions and any separately charged fees, then issue a booking confirmation.

The steps, in order:

Step What happens Who acts
1. Enquiry You send dates, cruise type and guest numbers via WhatsApp or email You
2. Quote We confirm the scheduled departure, per-person fare and inclusions Reservations team
3. Confirmation You approve; a booking is placed with the operating partner You + team
4. Payment Deposit or full payment per the partner’s terms You
5. Documents You receive your ticket, boarding details and departure point Reservations team

A booking exists only once you receive a written confirmation from the reservations team. An enquiry, a quote, or a WhatsApp exchange alone does not create a confirmed reservation or hold a cabin.

What kind of cruises do these terms cover?

Velamar Cruises focuses on scheduled, per-person and per-cabin departures — not private full-boat charters. Two families of product:

  1. Sunset and dinner cruises from Benoa, sold as individual tickets on fixed departures.
  2. Day cruises and multi-day small-ship voyages, such as a Benoa departure around 9:15 AM to Nusa Lembongan’s purpose-built pontoon, or eastbound itineraries toward Komodo and Flores.

Because these are scheduled per-seat experiences, your ticket is for a specific departure time and date. If you want to buy out an entire vessel, that is a private charter — a different product — and we will refer you to the appropriate charter service rather than handle it here.

How reliable are the prices shown on this site?

Treat every figure on baliluxurycruise.com as indicative and date-stamped, not a fixed quote. Luxury cruise fares move with cabin category, season, inclusions and separately charged fees, so the only binding price is the one the reservations team confirms in writing at booking.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Multi-day cruise fares are set per person, usually on double-occupancy cabins (suite, balcony or oceanview). As illustration, published industry examples as of 2026 to 2027 ranged from around USD 2,779 per person for a scheduled November 2026 Benoa departure, to roughly USD 3,960 per guest for a 2027 Oceania Bali voyage, up past USD 12,000 for Regent Seven Seas’ 14-night Bali-to-Bangkok sailing departing Benoa in February 2027. These are third-party reference points, not our quotes.
  • National park and marine fees — for example Komodo park fees on eastbound routes — may be charged separately from the fare.
  • Prices are quoted in USD by most cruise lines. Any IDR figure depends on prevailing bank or card exchange rates on the day you pay; we cannot fix a rupiah price in advance.
  • Exact IDR ticket prices for specific Bali sunset or dinner cruises are not published as fixed figures and should be confirmed at enquiry.

What are the change and cancellation terms?

Change and cancellation rules are set by the operating cruise line or partner, and they vary widely between a two-hour sunset cruise and a 26-night small-ship voyage. We do not impose our own separate penalty on top; we pass the partner’s terms to you before you pay.

Before you confirm, we will point you to the specific cancellation window, deposit rules and any date-change fees for your chosen departure. Because seasonality matters at Benoa — the great majority of cruises run in Bali’s dry season, generally April to September — some departures are limited and fill early, so rebooking may depend on availability. Weather, port conditions or operator decisions can also cause a partner to reschedule; in that case the operator’s rebooking or refund policy applies.

What we do not promise

We work hard to describe cruises accurately, but we cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control. Specifically:

  • No guaranteed availability or price until the reservations team confirms in writing.
  • No guaranteed weather, wildlife sightings, sea conditions or itinerary completion — these rest with the operator and nature.
  • No guaranteed regulatory outcome. Indonesian maritime and tourism rules evolve; where a topic touches regulation, treat any general comment here as non-binding and confirm current requirements closer to travel.

What are the limits on our liability?

Because Velamar Cruises acts as a facilitator, our responsibility is limited to arranging your booking with reasonable care and passing on accurate partner information. The carriage, safety and conduct of the cruise itself are the operating partner’s responsibility under their conditions of carriage.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Juara Holding Group and Bali Premium Trip are not liable for losses arising from operator cancellation, delay, injury, or itinerary change, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights, and any rights under the operator’s own terms, remain intact.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

When you enquire, we collect only what we need to arrange your cruise — name, contact details, travel dates and guest information. We handle this in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, “UU PDP”), and, for international guests, with awareness of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In practice that means we use your data to process your enquiry and booking, share it only with the operating partner delivering your cruise, and keep it no longer than needed. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to sales@balipremiumtrip.com. Our full Privacy Policy sets out the detail and takes precedence on data matters.

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Where this page and an operating partner’s booking conditions differ on a specific cruise, the partner’s conditions govern that cruise, and these terms govern your use of this website.

Questions about these terms, a booking, or your data go to the Velamar Cruises reservations team, operated by Bali Premium Trip:
